As it stands West hame would need spurs to lose last two matches and themselves win their final one against Leeds.

Not impossible but likely we will be playing at the Olympic stadium again next season

Leeds beat Brighton today, and I can see them going for another win to end the season on 50 points. Spurs have got two tricky games to play (Chelsea & Everton), even though the odds are in their favour.
