So they only needed a few days to prepare for a team they'd already played twice and beaten once this season.
Modern football pet peevs part 459869088811123: any time anyone wins something they "make history". Future scholars will look back on the fall of Rome, the industrial revolution and now, apparently, Hull winning the play-offs. Humbug.
What a pile of shite both teams are. To think one of these 2 clubs will profit from Ł200m upwards is scandalous. I’d fancy the current City team to beat either of these 2 on a big pitch like Wembley
Absolutely agree ... on that showing there's not the huge gap that many think between L1 and the Champoinship.
Pleased for Hull, especially with some players having played for Cardiff.
Was a poor game but both sides IMHO streets ahead of City in terms of pace and strength.
Can’t understand how you have them “streets ahead” ? I’d put dough on the City beating either of those in a one off game at Wembley.
All about opinions though.

Given that so many of our players froze in the game billed as a title decider, the biggest league we played in the season, do you think we would play to our full potential in a match like today’s that had so much pressure on the outcome? I doubt it, I reckon we’d have been like Boro - plenty of possession, but no cutting edge.
