No. There is close to zero chance of the club being sold in the foreseeable future.

Vincent Tan is almost 70, has many other business interests, 11 kids, rumoured to be seeing a new 26 year old "wife" . I'm not surprised he doesn't want to spend much time personally overseeing things.

Vincent Tan is almost 70, has many other business interests, 11 kids, rumoured to be seeing a new 26 year old "wife" . I'm not surprised he doesn't want to spend much time personally overseeing things.

Hopefully shows a long term commitment to CCFC by VT. On the other hand, could be tidying things up for a sale when circumstances allow.

To be fair non-executive directors have no real power, and no money invested in companies. They can however, obviously, have the views taken in to account and be an influence.

Non executive directors are appointed for their knowledge and experience and have no executive functions. They are intended to act in an advisory capacity.
