Re: GLAMMY
Great win for Glamorgan, very happy with that.
Fell asleep for the 2nd innings of the Welsh fire game so can't comment on the batting. But monumentally poor captaincy in a low scoring game. Donating runs to the opposition by bowling wells for 5 balls. With the seamers and crane bowling well it was completely unacceptable necessary.

One of those never really in it (batting innings) but still should have won games.Originally posted by chrisp_1927 View PostGreat win for Glamorgan, very happy with that.

Re: GLAMMY
Based on this season’s matches, the men’s Hundred has got problems - there hasn’t been a decent game yet and, in a tournament where the crowds turn up wanting to see sixes hit and plenty of runs scored, batsmen are generally struggling badly.
Also, let’s be honest, the standard of overseas players being used isn’t great is it.

Re: GLAMMY
First time it's happened in forty four years apparently. I notice Kellaway captained Glamorgan in their 50 over warm up game against Wiltshire eight days ago, so clearly the club think a lot of him.Originally posted by PhyllisStant View PostThey were just talking about Glamorgan's Ben Kellaway on TMS - the fact that he can can bowl right and left arm spin. Has anyone seen him utilise this skill? I can't think of another cricketer that can do that.
Good win by Glamorgan, much will be made of Surrey's below strength side, but they had three men who have played test cricket for England in their top five batsmen.

Stokes is quite a left field captain, he may get his chance as it’s certainly something different.Originally posted by the other bob wilson View PostFirst time it's happened in forty four years apparently. Re: GLAMMY
Yes, there was a delay of about half an hour in what they were streaming and eventually even that packed up. There’s been an announcement by the club on Twitter that the stream has been taken off for the rest of the day - they’ll be trying again on Friday when they play at Neath again.Originally posted by az city View PostIs the live feed broken?
You can still get audio commentary on the BBC website.

Re: GLAMMY
Didn’t tune in early enough for introductions before things packed up but who was on commentary for the video feed? Didn’t sound like the usual BBC Wales / Notts lot. Know a couple counties have their own in-house team for live feeds but this is the first Glammy home game I’ve noticed this being the case.Originally posted by the other bob wilson View PostYes, there was a delay of about half an hour in what they were streaming and eventually even that packed up. Re: GLAMMY
I think it was the bloke who does Glamorgan T20 matches, the woman was a New Zealand international who lives in the area I believe and there was a former Glamorgan player whose name I didn’t catch.Originally posted by Kind of Blue View PostDidn’t tune in early enough for introductions before things packed up but who was on commentary for the video feed? Great win by eight wickets with hundreds for Byrom and Ingram.
