    I doubt it.

    "At least we're not bottom".
You don't admit you are wrong when we win a few games in a row or go undefeated over a long period - you just skulk off and disappear for a while, only to resurface after a defeat, pedalling the same old claptrap that you were before and saying that you were right all along.

MM went on a great run , we stuttered , out come the moaners

I am no tan disciple but he clearly thinks plenty of money has been spent and we have to work with what we have

It's pointless people moaning about the lack of liquid football because at present we simply don't have the players

Therefore the plan is to get the ball and plenty of bodies into the opponents penalty area as often as possible

Either we get a new owner or a new manager or we support someone else
No, I've supported Cardiff City nearly sixty years, I'm hardly going to give up on it now. Lately though it feels almost like I'm serving a sentence.

One of the many things wrong with the way you argue about football is that, like a few others on here, you think there are only two, very extreme, ways of playing the game. Anyone who criticises the current way of playing is accused of wanting us to play like Spain and Barcelona did when they were at their peak. Between the black and white of Barcelona tiki taka and the Cardiff City we don't want the ball, set piece, percentages game (how can we " get the ball and plenty of bodies into the opponents penalty area as often as possible" when the only time we ever do that is when we have an attacking set piece?) there is a huge amount of grey = i.e. the sort of football about ninety per cent of the teams we face play.

Let's have a look at what you're saying in the above post. I pointed out that, without a billionaire owner, we had a somewhat flaky side that had a lot of very talented attacking players and some skilful midfielders which was great to watch when they were on song. Now we have a billionaire owner (who I said has put in more than enough already to get established as a Premier League club if we had been managed and recruited better) and you tell me that we need to cut our cloth accordingly because we have put together a squad that can only play in one, very boring and agricultural, way! Aren't things a bit the wrong way around there and by, effectively, saying we're stuck with what we've got, aren't you admitting that we have been badly mismanaged in the last eight or nine years?

But the bleating won't stop will it - there several posters on here who are in whinge mode more or less permanently regardless of how the club are doing either results wise or how they play ie style

I don't think I post much on here compared to others as its not worth it - partly because its a waste of energy and also because it is quite cliquey on here

I try to focus on the balanced posters on here and leave it at that

          I've commented after every game.

Just because you say I disappear after a win doesn't mean it is true.

Check the Blackpool and Millwall match threads. You are talking nonsense. You make up things to fit your argument, like we didn't play a single long ball against Sutton.

Again, where do you think we will finish this year? We will see whose ideas on how we play are claptrap. I think anywhere between where we are now and 16th.

          What do you think?

Obviously if you don't agree with everything the club and manager do then you are seen as some Swansea fan who moans about everything.

I'll leave it here and come back when dml sees our situation for what it is. He never will though, if we were National League he would be telling people we should be happy we're not National League South.

Enjoy your message board. You're welcome to it.

I'll comment on the matchday thread from now on, probably on an entirely different match to what dml has seen, but apologies for having an opinion.

With people like dml being Tan apologists then they will actively help in taking this club back to the dark old days. They won't ever see it though.

Of course the club has been badly run

But unless there is someone out there knocking on the door waiting to buy it we are stuck with what we have

Bigger clubs than us , Derby, Forest , Wednesday are in a far worse state than us

                  The dark old days ?

A crowd of less than 2000 to watch Cardiff City v Wrexham in the old fourth division ?

If Cardiff City win games I don't care if it takes a deflection off the referee

Plenty of sides playing ......good football .....get relegated

Again, I fail to see how what we were doing 30 years ago has any relevance.

What I said was with fans applauding mediocrity you would help a return to that level. That is all.

I'll comment on matchday threads from now on.
                        Enjoy your happy clapping.

                          Which is the same thing

                          Cheering a win

Not too pleased when we lose

That's all you can ask for I reckon

I hate to be pedantic, but I think since 2019 it would mean a dropped ball which just means another way we couldn't ****ing score!

Trying to be the first comment on topic, I don't think Nelson is good enough

When Flint and Morrison go, a Nelson and Brown partnership scares me and I'm not sure they're going to get to the standard needed.

As always hope to be proven wrong

That film cracked me up. The poor guys, especially the way Pathe presented them. What about the goalie's gloves, they looked like they'd been knitted by his mum. Would you have wanted to go near that leather ball on a rainy Ninian Park pitch? I know I wouldn't.
