The format is too heavily weighed in the favour of the batsman for my liking though, especially if you've got your eye in at the death.

Another great finish and a good couple of hours entertainment again.

The guy who dropped the catch for Pakistan (it was harder than I first thought) has been superb throughout the tournament, but he had a mare today.

Yeah, it was a tough "chance" especially under the lights.

They do need a fall guy for the drama though.

Couldn't they start earlier and remove the problem of dew?

Probably the times of games are connected to advertising money but I can't see the television audience dropping much especially on a Sunday.

A winning score by the standards of the tournament, but, after the Semi Finals, Australia will fancy chasing it down - they say it’s preferable to have runs on the board, but they’re the one team in the Semis I said I definitely didn’t want to win, so it’s got to be Australia
