I'm no fan but despise is a bit heavy it was of the time and it brought humour and good feelings to a nation in dire need of an uplift , gosh where is todays Max to lift us out of these dour times .

I listened to Live at Treorchy many times as a kid but as I was under 10 I didn't know any better. He was/is a lucky bloke I think having almost completely cornered that giant leek market for knocking on 50 years. He's an average cabaret singer at best but they are still flocking to see him. I looked down the listings for my local hub of culture the other day and his forthcoming gig there was the only thing sold out in the upcoming listings. Neath loves Max.
Then again Neath seems to love repetitive acts judging by the cover bands who knock out the same Sweet Home Alabama meets Mr Brightside shit as each other every weekend

I like Eddie Butler and yes he is a City fan. He still plays a bit of cricket and is a genuinely tidy bloke.
