As I said on a different thread, the players he'll be inheriting are not League 1 or 2 standard but under Harris they just played like it.

Number 1 priority is to boost the player's confidence because it must be rock bottom at the moment. If he can do this, I envisage a swift turnaround in our fortunes. If not..........
