If Hammam’s £15m court case was that strong he wouldn’t have settled out of court , you could also argue ?

Elsewhere someone is saying Tan wasn't confident so settled out of court. If so why didn't that grabbing leach take Tan all the way?

If it was settled, how come we don't have a stadium sponsor ?
I'm happy with "CCS" btw - but shirley a sponsor would bring some money into the club?
I thought we stuck with CCS so that Sam couldn't siphon off anymore money - because he held the rights?

I would say that he probably came to a settlement in order to keep his business dealings out of court. I won't be surprised if the Michael Isaac case ends up being settled in a similar fashion.

Yes, it is an interesting argument that both men would have had to agree to settle, but only one of them was unconfident about winning.
