Good to see Raab intervene on this. At the very least the boy should be well into adulthood before they are released.

Crime wouldn't drop. I'm all for harsher sentences for serious crimes, and I think the police's priorities are questionable at times, the courts make some dubious decisions and I hate the activism that impacts upon solving crimes properly.
But in my opinion the state shouldn't kill people.
