I’m hoping that Robinson turns out to be that signing, but who do you think has been our most impactful signing so far?

O’Dowda has shown flashes
Collins fantastic before injury
Ojo has impressed me
Sawyers scores our goals
Allsopp has brought a calming confidence

For me it’s Kipre, the presence he’s brought to the defence and team overall can’t be underestimated.

I'd go along with that. As good as some of the others have been in patches if you have a defender who isn't as calm as Kipre in his position then the panic seems to spread through the team.

Great post I agree and would add a solid Romeo to the bottom of that list.
If we do this list in a month Robinson and Niels will also be high up, it's been a great transfer window.

Yes, Kipre for me too.
I commented in another thread, awhile ago, about his composure on the ball and how he always manages to find a team-mate with his passing.

I also agree with your assessment about Romeo. He has indeed been rock solid in defence.

Great to see that the defence has vastly improved on last year, I thought Collins looked a cracking signing, but have been Impressed with Romeo and Kipre as well, Allsopp deserves a mention as well

I'm a little bit on the fence with Ojo. I can't tell if he's selfish, or has been told to keep hold of the ball. He clearly has flair.

I like Allsop by my god, he's going to be caught out by constantly trying to play the ball out every single time.

Pretty much this ^^ although Rino deserves a mention and a first glimpse of Nkunku shows we have a bit of depth.

I like Allsop by my god, he's going to be caught out by constantly trying to play the ball out every single time.

Ojo is a little frustrating. He's a good player, but his decision making is suspect. Hopefully, something that can be improved.

Alsop is definitely going to get caught out sooner or later. I think his distribution is generally good, but he makes some very risky passes.

Amos for me. I take the point that he’s going to be caught out now and again (and has been in a pre season game with Newport I think it was), but he’s vital to transforming the way we play and has been good at his “day job” as well.

I’m always calling him Amos for some reason,my “senior moments” nearly always are to do with names.

It’s a shame Ebou Adams got injured, I think City fans will take to him, he’s a classic no nonsense player who can pass & score. He’ll compliment what we have nicely.
