  • you are the manager

whilst on a whistle stop tour of South Wales, Vincent Tan happens to catch a glimpse of the paintwork outside your house and is so impressed he decides to make you manager.

what would you look to do with the current squad to get them up the table?

Give Colwill far more starts, tell more of our players to get into the opposition penalty area when we’re attacking from open play, start giving Bagan games at left back/wing back, tell Ojo and Philogene we need more from them if they want to remain regulars in the squad -and ensure any senior player who is out of the match day squad on a regular basis plays at least one in three under 21 games.

Build on the positives we have ,prey Issac Davies gets fit quickly ,hope Adams gets fit and makes an impact play Bagan as full back , Colwill as a forward.

Colwill at 10. Hope that someone can play wide with O'Dowda. I'm not sure what to do with Ng, he's the best defender but he is too short in a 2. You have to play Robinson. Do whatever you can to keep Ralls fit, I think he's the second best CM we have, pair him with Wintle (first name on the team sheet), and that gives you a solid base. Back the full backs to get further forward, probably play the wingers more narrowly, especially when the ball is on the other flank. Basically, get numbers in the box.

Build the side around Colwill, Secondly Attack! Attack! Attack! We showed against Middlesboro of what we are capable of when going forward! Goals win games!

Don't play a back three again unless it's against Liverpool or Man City in the cup. Get the ball forward quick on the floor or in the air( when in possession). Play a continuous high press game (without possession). We need a leader on the pitch and in the changing room.

Pray that there are 3 worse teams or hope some get points deductions.😂😂

Id definitely be playing our young players ahead of loanees.

They are no better than ours so lets develop ours. So Bagan , Colwill and hopefully soon Isaak Davies in the side.

Invent football boots with 1 foot thick soles and tell everyone to kick the ball as high and as far as possible.

I definitely agree that we lack leaders on the pitch, ever since Bamba left and Morrison got injured. Even Flint, for all his faults was a leader.
One of the reasons we cannot get back in a game after going behind.

Yes, except I would practice defending in training. unlike Keegan's Newcastle team did, allegedly.
