I’m not exactly sure what point it is you’re trying to make, unless it’s some sort of a “Look at me, I’m the best spotter of talent on this board”… which you very clearly aren’t 😜Originally posted by Wales-Bales View PostI came to the same conclusion after watching him play one half of an FA Cup tie earlier in the year.

Re: One for the "Bench Brennan" brigade
His talent was obvious against top opposition, and it was clear that he needed to be integrated into the Welsh team asap. I think there are a few more on the fringes than need looking at and given a chance. It's frustrating seeing the same faces on the bench when we need players who can come on and make a difference. The World Cup feels like it is going to be a grand farewell tour for some of the team, which leads us to the following question. Is Page the type of manager capable of rebuilding a team, because that is next on the things to do list.Originally posted by StraightOuttaCanton View PostI’m not exactly sure what point it is you’re trying to make, unless it’s some sort of a “Look at me, I’m the best spotter of talent on this board”… which you very clearly aren’t

Re: One for the "Bench Brennan" brigade
He should be facing competition from Chem Campbell in that position, but that's up in air now that he has made himself unavailable for selection. He's probably looked at the Welsh squad and saw Johniesta parked on the subs bench game after game, and thought it's a job for the boys. You can't really blame the lad for keeping his options open, now that he is all set to be a Premier League star. This could have been avoided by integrating him into the Wales squad, and giving him some minutes here and there at the end of a match.Originally posted by UNDERHILL1927 View PostI’d like to start a “Dan James isn’t a runner he’s meant to be a footballer” brigade.
