Why do these threads have to get ruined by people making outrageous and unrealistic fantastical statements like this!?

Bring back the ‘football bus(es)’, so easy to get to and from town on them. Reading organise them very well at their ground.

I'll start. I'd like better quality lager, beer and cider in all areas of the ground. Also at better prices.

I'd also introduce stadium cards, these could be in the same way as membership/season ticket cards also (although not everybody is a member or ST holder),that are used to pay much like they do in some foreign grounds.
Much quicker experience at drink and food outlets as it involves the customer getting their food and drink, placing a card and accepting the charge at the counter. No change to be messed about with. Cards can be topped up by machine or online.
You grumble about something the club does ? Never ! You don’t know what you are talking about anyway, presumably because you hardly ever (if at all) attend games. As an example, most outlets around the ground and inside are now card payment only and have been for some time. There are some cash payment tills available because not everyone wants to pay by card but these are much fewer in number.

On nights like this, a better designed roof that slopes downwards not upwards and doesn’t let the rain reach halfway up the stands.

There is no change in the stadium it’s contactless.
I agree with the lack of seating and I would like more stand up tables.

More places to rest your pint on the concourse. I usually end up stood next to a bin to put my beer down.

Agree with post match. Unless you are corporate the bars are all closed. I'd stay there longer with a drink to watch the sky scores / reaction.

Main thing for me is a fan zone around the ground. Like Bristol City

Food vans, beer vans etc. An area where you can sample different drinks / food. Encourage people to the ground earlier. You can have more merch on sale as well. We have so much space and it's barely used. What do we have, one burger van maybe. That whole area can one big fan park

For me who cannot come to midweek games as the last train to Paddington is much too early, the club should campaign for an additional train back leaving about 10:30pm.

Tonight versus quality opposition, many South East England residing season ticket holders from Swindon onwards will be missing for the above reason.

This suggestion whilst wildly ambitious would be superb.

To be honest other than the actual football I can’t think of anything that would appeal to me. I’m not one to get to the ground early to stand in the cold concourse area with a nasty expensive pint, I don’t really get the appeal. I think I’ve bought a tea less than a handful of times when it’s been really cold, the food never. If I’m drinking then I’ll either be in town or canton before hand and arrive 20mins before.
Even if they improved the drinks and costs I doubt it would appeal.

I'd love to put our number of attended games side by side.

Although you're much older than me I'd be quietly confident to run you close if not have more in number. Just because I pick and choose these days (I still attend more than VT btw) doesn't mean I always did. It also doesn't mean I can't have an opinion. Any idiot can though, look at you for example.

Anyway, what would you improve? Nothing?

The Bristol City one is a very good shout. The little music, beer and food vans area they have is spot on.

I went this season. Tick that off dml lad.

Have the match-day buses run at any point since lockdown?
