plenty come back from ACL injuries, I know ACL is a very common netball injury ( in the professional leagues ) and they say its 12 months till they are back to previous standards, Beth Cobden ( a professional netballer and England star ) has had 3 ACL's in 10 years, 1st on her right knee when she was 17, then her Left went, she got back to playing super league netball and for England and her left went again , she got back to back playing again, at a slight lower level in Australia
