We are capable of beating England at our best and they are inconsistent, chances of the draw and us beating England have got to be 20/1 plus, but you never know and it's the hope that kills you.

I agree that James, Moore and Johnson need to be the attacking options. I would keep Ampadu in though albeit with the needed help of Morrell.
