We beat Sheff Wed on 11/11/61 to move to 7th after 17 games. Moore's last game was a month later, a 1-1 draw with Blackburn, only our second point in 5 league games since the victory over the Owls. That dropped us to 15th, just 2 points off 20th. We won 3 more in the league that season, back to back wins at home over Birmingham and West Ham near the end of the season. Those 2 games meant we'd played 3 games in 4 days! We needed a 23-0 win at Villa for survival in our last game and were 21 goals short in a scoring draw.
Didn’t Dai Ward score 17 that season? Oh for a 17 goal striker now.

You'd be surprised by the amount of support he has on this message board.
They will tell you that there'd be quite a few Championship clubs who would be eager for his services.

Ralls has done very little in the past 3 seasons. Treats the ball like a hot potato, passes backwards or square, and picks up silly bookings.

          Ah, ok!

However, my reply is still relevant.

            Me neither.

It's OK, Nathan Jones has pissed on his chips so badly, he might actually want to come here and we'll be on such a low ebb that his style/personality will work.

Ralls has been really poor this season but so have all the CMs (and wingers, strikers etc). Ralls was our best CM last season, bar Doyle. When he didn't play, we usually looked a poorer side. Almost every manager has made him an automatic pick, as well. His legs are going, and maybe that's that but he seems an odd pick to continuously pick on by some on here when he's at least capable of playing at this level. Some are truly, truly dreadful.
