Students who don't even take the course, bringing in their families, either immediately or at later dates, and care workers doing the same, they don't add value as they pay no or little tax but take out ten times more in services.
Farming and fruit picking look like the next big loophole the country has got too used to cheap foreign labour and too many politician's mates friends and families are making a fortune, so are in no rush to stop the loopholes.
