It's certainly better than being nationalised and it's certainly better than what you have in england (in my humble opinion)
Everyone has an ideology and bias - and if you are telling me you dont - then I 100% do not believe you.

This year Welsh Water prices are going down (those horrible not for profit people - how dare they lower the prices)
From experience of dealing the WW - they are great - but that is just my opinion.
