I've seen some the other videos on his channel about decaying town centres, and I picked up on a bit where he spoke about the city councils replacing revenue from retail with students, specifically overseas students who pay a lot more for everything. So what will happen when the education bubble bursts and all the councils go bankrupt? Recent history has shown that the UK economy has been one long cycle of boom and busts, and the wealthy are already piling on to the next big thing, i.e. a massive push for windmills and solar panels on a huge scale. The planning permission regulations have already been decimated, and Ed Miliband (remember him?) can now stick them anywhere he wants.
