We're a capital city, and we have loads of events that take place in the city, the city is thriving and on the rise, in spite of how shit the football club is, not because of how good it's doing. Finding a buyer will be extremely easy.

The hard part will be getting Tan to part ways with it. Which is why he needs to be pushed out.
