I used to feel embarrassed watching Etete, single-handedly running from one side of the pitch to the other in a half hearted attempt. It was pathetic coaching and equally pathetic desire from the players to put in the effort to get the ball back.

And Etete will be back next season, having been awarded a new two-year contract in January.
