The players at the club are the reason we are bottom of the Championship, for all the silly talk of this player being premier league quality and this one having great talent.... THEY achieved nothing and we finished bottom - rock bottom.
Ramsey is a top bloke but as a football signing it has been an expensive mistake, his contribution on the pitch has been minimal, and in fact he played in more defeats / draws than wins. But he is a thoroughly nice man and a great player (unfortunately for Arsenal in the main!) - I wish him well but not as player / manager. He has added credibility and dignity over the last 3 games - is he too young / inexperienced to be full time manager. He also seems to want to keep on playing..?
A huge dose of realism is needed, League 1 is full of gnarled hard nosed experienced lower league battlers. Not something many of our fancy dans may relish playing on a wet Tuesday night in Bradford or Bolton.
