I think that he'll demand more from players, more work rate, more quality etc and i don't think that he will flog a dead horse like other managers have dome in terms with sticking with players who aren't performing, he'll hopefully be brave enough to stick other players in so that they can prove themselves and take opportunities. If that happens then it certainly suits me. No sentiment, no excuses, a theme all to much associated with the club and the fans in my opinion. Perform, have high standards, or piss off.
