Last euro's my club had a few young girls ask to join, enough to start a U10 / 11 girls team ( we did have U14 and U13 girls teams at the time ) from a personally post of view, we have zero extra interest at U14 girls, nothing, not even a message, we kept the U14 going ( now play ladies ) but the U13 disbanded which is a shame, research shows that 43% of girls quit sports in the 1st year of secondary school, now thats a shocking % and one that society would be ashamed of
so while the ladies / girls game will always have its haters, the standard is improving, some of them little one / two touch triangles Spain used were outstanding, take it for what it is and its enjoyable
