Comparing reactions to similar events isn’t. It’s called testing whether a principle is applied consistently. If that comparison makes you uncomfortable, attack the comparison if you like, but don’t pretend it’s the same thing as changing the subject.

I have absolutely no time for Starmer and his general political view but I particularly detest his cowardice in not telling Donald Trump and his cronies to '"keep the f**k out of our business".

We still have the vestige of a democracy and for better or worse the issues we have are our issues and we don't need bad foreign actors fanning the flames. It's a prerequisite of a Prime Minister to keep us safe from malign foreign attacks and Starmer is failing miserably at this most basic of tasks.

What seems to have been forgotten, or conveniently ignored, is that the murderer has been arrested, tried and found guilty and is going to serve a 20 year plus sentence.
