Quite right but that applies to everyone. Impartiality rules ok?

I agree with you , however , you’re not forced to pay a licence fee to watch GB news

They have lost 2m licence fee payers since 2020 and apparently they are currently losing many tens of thousands of fee payers per month.

State funded propaganda. Paid for under threat of a custodial prison sentence.

Tim Davie and the CEO of news have gone.

Absolutely pathetic, given the amount of flagrant lies conducted by the likes of the right-wing press whereas one (admittedly stupid) error gets the braying brain-damaged vermin calling for the total annihilation of the BBC.

I detest the double standards from these "people". They're inferior morally and intellectually. This mentality from the right is how you get a Lenin.

The public are forced to fund the BBC if they want to watch or record any live television broadcasts, so of course they should be held to a higher standard.

This seems excessive though, doesn't it? The chairman and CEO of News should not be sacrificed on the altar to appease Trump for what was ultimately probably an error made by someone lower down the ladder. And it's flagrant the Trump regime has its fingerprints over this one.

It does seem a sacrificial lamb.

However it is my opinion that the BBC is not fit for purpose and a clear out is needed and just start again.
Maybe a Bi-Partisan cooperative that cares more about quality and honesty over agendas can oversee things.

It has produced some spectacular shows over the years and now it is just pure gash.
Fawlty Towers, Not The Nine O’Clock News to whatever it is that passes for comedy nowadays.

If it was fair and reasonable I don’t think people would be bent out of shape about it’s license.

Imagine flagging up daily mail articles as false but then using something from the BBC to reinforce your point 🤣 we can now officially say that the BBC is fake newz and there is no marching it back 🤣

BBC caught bang to rights and they can have no defence - incompetence and dishonesty in action and it's a huge blow to their claims of editotrial independence, all over someone who had hung himself so to speak already with his comments re January 6.

This is exactly what useful idiots like Lardy & Cyril have been doing for the past 10 years or more. I seem to recall that Rachel Maddow was a particular favourite of theirs! Imagine being so dense that you couldn't even see what was going on

So you read the Daily Mail then?

Thanks for confirming I and the rest of the nation should never listen to anything you have to say about politics ever again.
