Interesting article which makes a Trump re-election in two years time look very possible while also providing an insight into the sort of world we live in.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) announced Thursday he was running for Speaker of the House.

“Should the American people entrust us with the majority again in the 116th Congress, I plan to run for Speaker of the House to bring real change to the House of Representatives,” he said in a statement. He continued, “President Trump has taken bold action on behalf of the American people. Congress has not held up its end of the deal, but we can change that. It’s time to do what we said.”

It should be noted that the the Democrats unsuccessfully tried to smear Jordan with allegations that he covered up sex abuse when they found out their worst nightmare was eyeing the speakership.

When it comes to the abuse of children, many people wouldn't leave a stone unturned until they were satisfied they had found the definitive truth.

Loads of witnesses who were there came forward and spoke up for Jordan. Don't you know what a smear campaign is? It's intentional made-up bollocks where people with a motive are paid to say things. The story is dead.

There are still ongoing cases against people with close ties to leading democrats. I'm waiting until they go through the justice system before I decide where they begin and end.

Diversion tactics again... but, since I'm in a good mood, you give it your best shot in explaing what that is and why it's important and and I'll give you the courtesy of actually taking you seriously for 5mins and give you an honest response. I assume you have read the entire transcript/report or whatever that section came from, as you're always so thorough in getting to the truth, and can educate me properly.

No diversions, just calling it as I see it. The Jordan hit job story has already been put to bed, while other investigations are still ongoing. The above is an excerpt from the recent OIG report that looked into the handling of the Clinton email server investigation, and it is easily downloadable for verification purposes. I don't know what it means exactly, but I first heard a story in late 2016 about incriminating evidence being found on Weiner's laptop, which had supposedly been leaked by the NY FBI field office. It was laughed off at the time as being another conspiracy theory, yet it now turns up in official government investigation documents. It certainly is a curious tidbit, and I'm sure it will all be explained eventually, so until then I think it's good to keep an open mind.

On 29th June 2016, a Federal Search Warrant was granted for Weiner's laptop and other electronic devices for investigating any evidence relating to the crime(s).

These emails were from/to and relating to Hilary Clinton and The Clinton Foundation. They were brought to the attention of high ranking FBI officials as it was deemed an Intelligence matter, due to the sensitivity of being in possession of the former First Lady/Secretary of State and current Presedential Candidate.

The case agents were told that the federal search warrant only permitted them to investigate "evidence of crimes related to the sexual exploitation of children, enticement, and obscenity”.

Very good, keep on going. It's more interesting when viewed with the New York leak info which had similar content, only in more detail. But as I said it was dismissed as a conspiracy theory by the media at the time, so it would need a more robust approach to make any correlation, such as questioning the FBI guy with the bad memory in that OIG report under oath. Also they would have to review the actual data held on the laptop, as I seem to recall the leadership at HQ weren't all that keen to have this matter investigated thouroughly.

Nah, it was back in 2016, but it was the same kind of stuff that was in the OIG report, only much juicier. The main takeaway is that it appears to line up, but it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things, as any further developments would require officials to take some form of action on what appears in the report.

The evidence is inside the laptop, but the desire to investigate it is not so great . Sorry for having to point out the obvious. It's best to stick with the boys from CNN & Co if you are so easily confused.
