Benefit the players? :facepalm:Originally posted by The Lone Gunman View PostLogic dictates that you're attempting to be clever with your sarcasm, but my belief is that promotion and relegation should indeed only be determined by results on the pitch. I believe financial rule breaches should be punished by sanctions against club owners and directors.
So, Wigan are definitely going to be relegated. Does that benefit their players?

Revolutionary plan, like any normal business. The game only survives at the top level due to sugar daddies.Originally posted by OurManFlint II View PostThe alternative is like in Spain, you present your business plan for the season ahead and they agree to your budget. Problem is, Championship clubs would only be able to pay an average wage of 4K a week (my heart bleeds).
Talking of which I see Ryan Reynolds just sold his mobile company, Mint, for $300m+

According to Kieran Maguire last week, 10 premier league clubs had turned in their numbers so far, and of those 10, only 1 had ran at a profit.Originally posted by Des Parrot View PostRevolutionary plan, like any normal business. The game only survives at the top level due to sugar daddies.

Re: Wigan points deduction confirmed
I’m quite amazed that you took the time to reply to such a ridiculous view. Don’t worry, go and buy all of the best players with money that you don’t have. Then rest assured that the poor players won’t be stopped from benefitting at the detriment of other players. It’s the owners that should be punished. What an absolute throbber !!Originally posted by Bobby Dandruff View PostBenefit the players?
