It's a possibility that you are being overly harsh. A lot of people sexually molested as children have issues with self-worth and confidence, qualities required when partaking in professional sports at the highest level. I have no idea if that is indeed the case with Alli but it's sometimes worth giving someone the benefit of the doubt.

Tottenham Hotspur have huge resources with staff who look after the wellbeing of their employees.

He had dozens of caps for England and all of a sudden he cannot hold down a first team place. That should have been enough to look into the situation not simply put it down to laziness or loss of form.

Mourinho publicly ridiculed Ali calling him lazy.
      Not a nice man.

Have you got a poster of Jose on your bedroom wall?

Everywhere he goes he wins something. Had Spurs not sacked him just before the league cup final he got them to they may have won their first silverware for years too.

He’s got quite the record for someone who doesn’t know how to manage players.

Almost ironic with all the well wishing nobody has yet realised he wants no connection at all with the Alli (not Ali) surname. This has been the case since 2016.

May be a small thing to others but I expect it's a big thing for him and if nothing else maybe people could show their respect and well wishes by getting his name as he wants it?

How does he want his name?

I know he has Dele on his shirt because of that, but he can't just be known by his first name - he's not Zlatan

                      Still don't like him.

Agreed. Defintiely some self preservation going on IMO.

He was recently pictured with a load of hippy crack balloons, when his career was going further down the toilet in Turkey and accusations of unproffesionalism from his superiors at Besiktas. I think hes been told to do some PR to try and get some public sympathy.

                            Hmmm.
Perhaps this behaviour is a bi-product of his mental state
