Re: Transfer Embargo?
If this was a one off by our regime you could say that. But FFS if this is correct it once again shows what an absolute shit show we are off the pitch.Originally posted by blue matt View Postjust need to submit our figure to the EFL, shouldn't be a drama
Hope it doesn't effect BBM and the players.

Re: Transfer Embargo?
What? Do clubs have to send a copy of their annual accounts to the EFL even though they're publicly available on the Companies House website? Stupid rule if so, but also stupid if we haven't done that.
Steve Borley said in the last FAB minutes that we'd submitted our Salary Cost Management Protocol before the 1st December deadline. Would have made sense to do it at the same time wouldn't it?

Re: Transfer Embargo?
So no mention in the FAB meeting? Shows what utter contempt these idiots of ours have for the Fan Base and Fan Organisations.
Nothing on the official website.
We really do need someone to make a decent offer and get Tan and this lot out of the club.

Re: Transfer Embargo?
For most companies their abbreviated accounts are in the public domain, whereas the full accounts are for shareholders and the taxman. I suspect the EFL want the full accounts.Originally posted by Undercoverinwurzelland View PostWhat? Re: Transfer Embargo?
If you want a laugh, look at the other forum and some of the conspiracy theories being thrown around there. One suggested this was a plot by the EFL to put us in our place.
Another said it was deliberate so we don't spend any money.

Are the 2024/25 accounts on the Companies House website? If so, I can't see them.Originally posted by Undercoverinwurzelland View PostWhat? Do clubs have to send a copy of their annual accounts to the EFL even though they're publicly available on the Companies House website?
