I am sure there are some people who in 2026 cannot see beyond her skin colour (you have done that yourself) and some will do so negatively. However, I think that's a small minority, and given in this story two of her biggest critics are Ian Wright and Laura Woods, I would say your analysis is on shaky ground. Certainly you implying people's views on here are down to racism come with no evidence at all. You may view her in one way, it doesn't mean others do.

Lots of people deluding themselves in this thread - I didn’t have a clue what she’s supposed to have said or done, but I just had a look at the controversies section of her Wikipedia page and agree she has said some daft things and some things i don’t agree with, but does it justify some of the things I’ve read about her on social media? No, she’d have to be a multi murderer to have justified that.

How do you know it’s only a small minority? You’re doing exactly what I thought you would, that is home in on the race angle. Besides her skin colour, I took care to mention her gender, that she has controversial opinions, she played football and was a pundit on the game. - there are plenty of people of all shades of colour that are not too keen on women, women footballers and/or football pundits and women who are opinionated. It may still be a minority who have one or more of the characteristics i mentioned, but a small one? I doubt it.

Well done, Simon Jordan, great job

I don’t particularly like Simon Jordan or TalkSport but he was absolutely spot on in everything that he said and deserves some sort of credit for saying it to her face.

People now saying that it’s bullying etc is just utterly pathetic.

She brought this all upon herself and as Jordan said, she is entitled, dislikable and a dreadful pundit.

It really makes you wonder how and why she ever got a job in broadcasting in the first place.

I take your point, some on social media have been very nasty, but that's just social media. We are talking about her because she is digging a big hole and keeps digging.

Thought she spoke quite well on the show yesterday and gave some context to some of the things she’s said that have been blown up.

Don’t think she’s the best pundit, especially in the men’s game, but it’s all starting to be a bit of a pile on now.

She said that she has worked with some brilliant broadcasters therefore she must be a brilliant broadcaster! She also compared herself to Wayne Rooney.

She is an absolutely deluded buffoon completely devoid of any self awareness. It is no wonder she is so widely disliked.
