And the reason he found it so easy to sign on again - the 3 year deal for mr Maynard. Interesting. Hope it works well. Summer sport not the same when glammy can hardly string 2 wins together.

Yes he was full of praise for Maynard. It gives us more of a chance next season.

I see this week Glamorgan have given a 5 year contract to a 16 year old local lad from NewbridgeAlex Horton. I played against him when he was 12 and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. His wicketkeeping was flawless. I said that day that we were possibly watching a future England test cricketer. Glad to see he's progressing in that direction.
