Surrey next up at the Oval on Sunday. Never easy but they're missing a player or ten at the moment. If they pick up any injuries the tea lady will be opening the bowling. Byrom still won't get into double figures though.

Three impressive wins for Welsh teams yesterday. The Welsh Fire's mens team reached their modest target with no problems with Joe Clarke playing just about as well as I've seen him bat for the team - thought they looked a well balanced team, apart from their seam bowling being a bit samey, I take it Harris Rauf and Matt Henry have dropped out of the squad?

Three impressive wins for Welsh teams yesterday. Apparently, Josh Little is a temporary replacement for Haris Rauf and Matt Henry hasn't finished his American commitments yet.

Thanks, I had read that Little was not contracted for the whole season somewhere - Henry gives the pace I think you need in T20/100 cricket.

Very good start again in the one day cup, we do seem to excel in this competition, although against some weakened counties

That makes up for the last time I was here for the t20. 25 degrees, few beers in the sun, Glammy bagging wickets early doors and running through a few England pedigree batsmen that a depleted Surrey can still field. Only shame was not getting a full day’s play.

Hopefully will be at Neath on Friday for a day with the family.

They were just talking about Glamorgan's Ben Kellaway on TMS - the fact that he can can bowl right and left arm spin. Has anyone seen him utilise this skill? I can't think of another cricketer that can do that.
