Looks like root was part of the squad for the first team. Kind of begs the question of why he wasn't playing I suppose. In quite a weak 13 he certainly wouldn't of been one of the 2 I dropped

And it’s happened again! I’d forgotten that Glamorgan were playing today and so only started watching the stream about five minutes ago and, of course , they lose a wicket to the first ball I see - not a bad start after being put in though, currently 46-1 against Middlesex at Lords.

Had a post lunch nap. Didn't expect to wake up to this carnage. Although I must say, it's the 2 players who I don't think should be anywhere near the team who have stood up this innings. Going to be a tough game from here,!
