Re: GLAMMY
Glamorgan 305-5 at the close. They’re using the Kookaburra ball which, in previous years when used in this country, has tended to go soft quickly and lead to pretty dull cricket which goes some way to explaining why Glamorgan have chugged along at three anover all day. Still, they’ve got the runs on the board and Colin Ingram is 56 not out. Congratulations as well to Asa Tribe who is celebrating a well deserved first hundred.
The bad news is Derbyshire have had a good day at Bristol, bowling Gloucestershire out for less than two hundred and they were 70-1 last time I looked.

Re: GLAMMY
I’d given up on this game after our awful second day and the third one wasn’t much better, but Northeast and Ingram have batted through the first session and we’re 9 behind Leicestershire now at 214-3 - Northeast 118 and Ingram 72. The new ball is due in five overs and if we can survive that without too much damage, we could escape with a draw.
You don’t get too many sides declaring and setting targets these days, but, after being miles behind over the first half of the game, Gloucestershire have declared and set Derbyshire 316 to win in two sessions.

Re: GLAMMY
Shame that Northeast threw his wicket away in the end (Kent trying to sign Northeast for next season, by the way. I wonder if that's why he wasn't considered for the T20, or whether it prompted him to look elsewhere).
You'd like to think they've got enough to bat until 5pm to secure the draw though.

Good effort in the 2nd innings against the top of the table side.Originally posted by the other bob wilson View PostMatch drawn, Glamorgan 342-6 withIngram batting throughout the day for 133 not out. Good result in the end considering how far behind they were this time yesterday.
Derbyshire need 100 with six wickets standing.
