This US team is much better than us

Certainly so far . I was concerned they may be too strong all over the park and that's how its looked .
Its only half time and Ramsey and Bale will do better .

we are essentially playing a back 5 because the USA are playing a high line and not allowing us out. 3 in midfield and there's an over load. Page has to change formation, get an extra body in midfield, control the game in that area. and get Moore on.

Bale and Ramsey look like they are impact subs, Wilson and James have done nothing. It’s Ampadu trying to protect the entire pitch against a rampant young US team who were always going to be far more athletic.

No idea what the answer is, a 30 something Joe Allen who hasn’t played in 2 months isn’t it. Genuinely worried next Tuesday is going to get out hand. Either way, get Kieffer and Brennan on, got to get at least a draw out of this.
