He has gone down again , what are their medics/officials up too.

Player safety must be paramount and this is outrageous.

He should never have stayed on the pitch initially and neither should the captain got involved to try to keep him on.

England's delivery from wide areas is excellent, but the ease with which England are winning headers in the area means we should be targeting Iran like this too
