Great final - really happy for Michael Smith played brilliant. Football chavs spoiling the darts though.

So well deserved especially after last years disappointment.

There have been closer finals but I doubt any had the quality of this one.

7-4 doesn't seem that close on the face of it but if van Gerwen takes that leg, he has the darts in the next set to level the match.

Love watching Smith.
Gets on with things, no dramas.

Brilliant tournament with loads of surprises.

Re the chavvy supporters spoiling it, something needs to be done.
Singing "darts is coming home" ffs :hehe:

There are venues all over the country that could host the World Championship, I reckon change it about.

Yeah I agree with all of that, I think they should move it to Holland for a year or two then you’ll only get the real darts fans travelling.
