I'm nearly 48 and can't do what i was doing when i was 28 not because i haven't got in in me, i just can't recover for a couple of days. The one good thing about getting older and doing physical work is that experience shows you the tricks and strokes you can pull to make life easier for yourself and i wont get involved with cut to the bone hard graft anymore, lining somebody elses pocket, absolute mugs game. I've got a rate and that's what i want, if a person isn't going to pay it then i'll go and walk my dog. F uck em.

Thanks for all your concerns boys and girls.

My body is knackered, from over 50 years of hard graft.

I get by, by sometimes wearing a support belt.
Ibuprofen gel, on the knees every night, to stop me kicking the wife to death.

Ibuprofen tablets when the pain kicks in, or when it gets really bad, Naproxen tablets.

Monthly visit (now), to the Chiropractor, or when feeling iffy.

I get by, but it’s not ideal.
Already had one spinal operation and don’t fancy another.
Chiropractor does some acupuncture sometimes and I come out like a teenager
