Geologist, Prof. Ian Plimer, thoroughly dispels the "man-made global warming" fairy tale, in just two minutes.

"No one has ever shown that human emissions of CO2 drive global warming… And if it could be shown, then you would have to show that the 97% of emissions which are natural, do not drive global warming."

So if the climate change we see is not man-made does this presumably means there is nothing we can do about it? OK, the sea level may have been 7 metres higher thousands/millions of years ago but I'm guessing there weren't mega-cities perched on the edge of oceans as we have today?

              King Cnut is so misunderstood.

His ‘turning back the waves’ stunt was to make fools of his fawning courtiers who - trying to get in his good books - made stupid claims for his powers.

Amazing that people can doubt the traditional modern history taught in schools and yet be so certain of whether the bible is incorrect or not, or what a Danish invading king said and did in the 9th or 10 century.

I can only surmise that you have a top grade Tardis, or outstanding and authoritative journalistic sources from a thousand years ago. Cap doffed. 😂

Yet some fawning people claim the climate can be turned back by a bunch of oligarchs

Cnut was an 11th century king of England (and Denmark). He has nothing to do with ‘traditional modern history’ - which I may or may not doubt. Some of the bible reflects actual history (through a lens of centuries, folk law, mistranslation and demands of the cult). My tardis has just gone through its MOT with flying colours. Thank you for your concern.
