Can’t see Cardiff going plaid surely? The main group of Welsh speakers are in canton/pontcanna area, which is with Ely, fairwater and pentrebane which are pretty unlikely to be plaid….

You (and of course Sludge. He can't tell the doctor he's right handed without saying far-right) keep saying this - it's a pretty serious term, likely to create fear for some people, but you seem unable to back it up with any evidence.

I had a (bilingual -weird for an "English nationalist" party as some claim) Reform leaflet through the door two days ago. Its signed by Dan Thomas and Helen Jenner (whoever they are) and It says:

1 / Save Welsh NHS - reduce record waiting lists, guarantee GP access and ensure NHS is free

2 / Cut income tax by 1pc so working people keep more of what they earn

3 / Scrap blanket 20mph limits. Boring

4 / Put Welsh people first - in terms of housing

5 / stand up for Welsh farmers. Not that specific how

6 / rebuid Wales' economy - M4 relief road and some waffle.

It goes into far more detail than the Greens one. I've also had a Lib Dem one which is much more like the Reform one policy wise but interestingly makes a bigger point of being against Welsh independence.

Now you don't have to agree with it all, or think it's deliverable, but what the hell from the above is "far-right"?

You know that none of it is. So why not have a grown up chat on policies instead of throwing the inaccurate slurs about, huh?

The greens, going to ban non electric cars driving into Cardiff I heard, double tax on non electric to start with….think going to ban bacon and steak aswell. No new roads and put a cycle lane along the m4 so the cyclists can laugh as the traffic jams

The leaflet I have from the Greens (not fully bilingual btw) is mainly about Labour "blown it" and Reform "they want to sell off the NHS" which is a total lie.

There's a nice intro and bio of their candidates, which is personable. The main policies on the front are
1/ Freeze rents (okay fine, good, not sure how doable though)
2/ cut bills (good luck with it)
3/ Stop Reform (hardly a policy)
