Well it wasn’t Sludge, as he hasn’t got an employer.

He's self employed, just like our Donnie

But most of this doxing isn't that straightforward. People are seeing something on Facebook then digging until they find out job details, trying to match with linkedin, reverse image searches etc. That is absolutely wrong as far as I'm concerned
Yeah I agree. I find it really unsavoury, and if their employer is listed there, then more fool them.

I guess it may be different again if someone is a teacher, I dunno.

Unfortunately with social media it's the world we live in - on all accounts. Some twat mouthing off about someone dying would previously only have been heard by a handful of people down the pub, now it spreads like wildfire.

No absolutely no difference if someone is a teacher. People dying maybe sensitive to some but it happens every day. An alternative view might be to attempt to palliate the fear of death because it's a natural consequence of living and it will happen to all of us. Just like the common cold and taxes.

Interested to hear from the Trump fanboys here on the cancelling of Jimmy Kimmel. Was it justified in your opinion?

I disagree. I think if a teacher, doctor or someone of that standing is celebrating someone being murdered then it's natural that people will want to raise it with the school as it goes beyond being unprofessional. If a teacher was online celebrating domestic or child abuse you would raise it, so why not murder

I agree on your other points though. Hopefully the lesson here is: don't celebrate murder!

I disagree. People should be allowed to express their feelings freely without the fear of losing their jobs over it. If it's a Physics, Chemistry, Geography, IT, PE teacher then their personal opinions do not affect their ability to teach their chosen subjects and employers have absolutely no right to get involved in any way. This is grotesque overreach by a minority private sector group.

I imagine if the very same teachers had been found celebrating the cold blooded killing of Bin Laden they would not have been subjected to employee discipline.

I struggle to believe that if you saw a teacher who was teaching your kids on tiktok or Instagram celebrating the murder of, say, Jo Cox that you wouldn't think that's cause for concern about their role.

The people who cried "HANG MIKE PENCE" are suddenly distressed by political violence and engaging in cancel culture. You couldn't make this up.

Indeed that would be a cause for concern but this guy wasn't Jo Cox. However there is a difference between celebrating any murder and expressing relief that a dangerous demagogue has been silenced.

FAFO was when your political wing decided to ignore and in some instances outwardly celebrate a genocide taking place in Gaza right now, as well as usher in a second Gilded Age just because you have the mind of cavemen and can't judge beyond the colour of skin and country of origin. The fact you have no empathy for tens of thousands of civilians being slaughtered, many of which are children, but cry over a mediocre pundit that debated college kids whose political philosophy has yet to be formed concretely, shows your empathy is selective strictly on those with who you agree with.

Oh Dear. you have no idea where my empathy is, based on your discernment reading shitposting on a message board. Again the hate of the left rears its head above the parapet, Just for your info I don't have a political wing but have plenty of empathy, however i do not need to signal my virtue about it constantly but have commented about it on numerous occasions, i'd write to your MP and tell him you want some action, maybe Sr Kier could have stood up to Trump today and called him out over it, maybe he did ? or maybe he's been just as complicit ?
