                    MASA Making America Safe Again, Simple Minds announced a US 2025 tour today, looking at one of the North American shows, Philadelphia, Boston, Toronto, or possibly Montreal. Soft cell supporting. I said never again but they were good last time out and it's an opportunity of a nice break over the pond. Biden left the country lawless and dangerous, if OMB manages to restore some sort of order then maybe one of the gigs will be attended.

                        wouldn't bother with Simple Minds mind you indie rock gods the wedding present doing a USA /Canada tour too to mark there 40'th anniversary this year that would be worth the money !

                              For almost three months, there has been a blanket attempt in much of the media, business and world politics to rebrand Donald Trump as not really being that bad, in fact he’s very shrewd and I’ve even seen the word “genius” applied to him. He can’t hide the fact that he’s a heartless bastard only interested in himself for long though and his reaction to today’s awful, no survivors, air crash in Washington is typical Trump - how can he be so insensitive? Quite easily actually, after all, it’s what he’s always been and always will be.
