Since then he has drafted executive orders for Trump, including withdrawing from the Paris Agreement and exempting coal power plants from environmental regs.

Well this never aged well.
With Trump still considering a military strike against North Korea, America is standing in the path of a devastating avalanche.
I'd be very surprised to see this meeting go the distance, with either or throwing a wobbly and leaving abruptly. I do think
we'll get a deal within say 18 months 2 years. BBC reporters cannot contain their hope in wanting this meeting to fail.
