The future is now, then. Big ask to qualify automatically with that squad imo, best we can hope for is a playoff via the nations league however we'll need a lot of teams to qualify automatically to take a place in those playoffs.

Weak squad out with good old players, in with some kids, I suppose a rebuild to close to qualifying period ahead.

The other option is playing older experienced players, not giving younger players game time, then when the older players retire the "youngsters" have absolutely no experience and are pointless playing..

I agree it has to be done, but there is a big drop in quality, hopefully, some nuggets will follow.

Don’t the top 2 qualify? Surely that is not beyond Wales?

Would have given them experience? Not as if we could have been any worse.

Yes a great experience, but personally I feel the " old boys " deserved that experience, they earned it, I think it would have been worse
