I tend to agree, I passed my driving licence at 17 and six weeks, so was technically qualified to drive, but I had a lot of on-the-job learning to do before I was the expert I am today, it took at least another week :hehe:

He's a nice bloke but a little out of his depth. Trying to get a floundering Championship team out of the relegation places with no natural leaders is not a first-time Manager's job. If we lose at Oxford he won't be Manager for long.

The Oxford game is massive. TBH it doesn't who the manager is our squad is never going to compete with the likes of Sheffield United Leeds or the top 6. We are in a mini league and need to be the best of the worst 4 teams in this league. I believe we can do this and get up to mid table if the manager can get a tune out of these players in games like Oxford.

I'm not suggesting Riza was solely responsible for the lack of goals in the opening six games and I didn't say he should have been shown the door at that stage. I merely pointed out that the 'attacking coach' was promoted to manager after a period in which the attack was woeful, which strikes me as farcical. But that's Cardiff City for you I guess.

That I will agree. The running of this football club from the owner, to his minions, to the people they entrust with the recruitment is an absolute shambles.

I am so apathetic to it all it doesn’t really bother me anymore to be honest. The Cardiff City I was passionate about ceases to exist anymore. I don’t want to see us go down for the fans sake; the people who are still passionate about the club and the next generation of fans, but a big part of me thinks the clown and his merry men deserve it.

Ah yes but if you were already doing that job as a caretaker and it was going well and you had done the qualifications required for it for it, and were asked if you would be interested in it full time by the press would you not say yes?

We’re not in the position we’re in becauseRinomhota’s playing right back - if other players did their jobs as well as he has done at right back we’d be a few points better off. The main on field reason we’re where we are is that we’ve had a choice of Kanga, Meite and an injury hit Robinson to pick at centre forward for half a season.

He's not going to resign and I don't blame him. Even if he did the clowns running the shit show would make another crazy appointment.

They've even added a coach who was working under Riza previously to add to the circus.

They cannot make another appointment, good or bad, unless he resigns or is sacked.
