Are you saying Lincoln will win the league?

Man City control their own destiny, and I would back Pep who has been there and done it multiple times over Arteta, who is looking a bit stressed these days.

If Arsenal had gone 9 points ahead I would have backed them, but they had a little wobble and Pep has taken advantage of it. Anyway, it's made it a bit more interesting, and there's a relegation tussle going on at the bottom end of the table too.

            Re: Arsenal

There is a thread about shirt pulling etc. in the box, The shirt pulling in the Arsenal V Chelsea game was off the scale from both sides, its an almost impossible situation for the referee to control this aspect of the games, the proposal of using VAR to validate corners could possibly be switched to the shirt pulling issue, the majority of corner decisions i believe to be correct whereas the shit housery in the box requires assistance to the ref as so much of it is going on. At least Arsenal won so its all good.

How can fans bottle? We have no control over what happens. Until we can't be caught, you can't blame people for worrying that we might not go up. I'm pretty sure we're going up, but I won't stop thinking about it until I don't have to.

                Don't you mean shirt housery?

I'm not sure why clubs haven't manufactured shirts that just rip when they are being pulled so the offending player just ends up with a handful of shirt

Years ago, on here, I suggested parts of the shirt be velcroed together. Offenders being left with handfuls of shirt while the offended was sprinting away.

I'm currently watching the England v Ukraine women's game and England have just rightly been awarded a penalty but as in the men's game. The player has to over egg the foul to convince the ref, it wasn't a shirt pulling incident but I'm all for refs to penalise everything in the box even if it ends up 18-14, until sense is restored to this continual cheating, the women's game is going the same way.

Still got some work to do, lets see where they are after the visit to the Etihad. Down at the bottom, Leeds and Spurs have drifted into the relegation mix

It increasingly looks like West Ham are going to escape. Shame. I'd love to see either them or, better still, Spurs drop down to the Championship. That would give us a couple of really big games to look forward to next season.

Forest or Leeds would just be more standard Championship fare.

Looks like Man City have blown it, back to 9 points difference with a game in hand.
