Yes, with Sheffield United. They finished 9th in the previous season and were expected to improve on that, but they finished 20th and got relegated.

FotMob have got James valued at £9.4M.

Other forum suggesting we could get Charlie Savage for 800k, which is reasonable. 1.5m is too much for a mid-table League One talent, but 800k can give us squad depth and isn't too high risk an investment if it doesn't work out. I think he could function at the Championship level and there must be something if Lincoln are interested too.

I had high hopes for Charlie, but he hasn't really kicked on and he's 23 now.

Every year all we do is post about Welsh and past players

Reading Chronicle reporting that we're "leading the race" to sign Charlie Savage.

Reading fans don't exactly seem distraught at the prospect of losing him

PNE and QPR are both linked with a Dutch left back called Boy Kemper on a free.
it's an area we also need to strengthen, I wonder if we've had a look at him

If you asked a load of City fans about Wintle returning or Bagan being first choice Lb at the beginning of this season you probably wouldn’t have seen a favourably response

Yet under BBM both are up for first on the team sheet

It’s all speculation anyway, but if it happens it could just be the right move for the player, playing for a manager that knows how to get the best out of him

Link to Elliot Watt (Motherwell, ex Burton). Surely not!
