Love how you shoe horned in a dig at a novice coach when there are hundreds of other more experienced people in the football system who couldnt achieve what pep has achieved

    Brilliant 👍

They'd probably get to the semis, and maybe win the league, if you give a Managers job to a coach who's new to coaching don't expect a lot, that's the point, we shouldn't go near another inexperienced coach unless we are aiming to finish three places lower than last year.

Was that football? Different sport really isn't it.

Most of their fans probably expect it now, football isn't very fair.

I can agree with Rjk up to a point. I quite often start off watching a Man City game and find I’m looking on my IPad, reading some online story, etc. etc within minutes because it’s all a bit too predictable, but thenI suppose that’s more to do with the other team for not being able to compete than them.

That said, last night was very watchable and could possibly have been the most complete performance ever from an English side in a Champions League/European Cup match.

I know, it was very tongue in cheek.

Football is definitely for me, and believe it or not I disagree with you, oh wise one. You are obviously still the spikey obnoxious brat I remember you as, when you first started drinking in the Butcher's all those years ago, as a teenager. Like a leopard you will never ever change your spots and will always remain full o'shite. Yeah, Man City definitely bore the pants off me, as do every team that has and infact will sweep everything before them. Perfect Pep, Haaland, De Byrne and the rest can go do one. I felt exactly the same about Man Utd when they were winning a shedload of honours under Fergie. Do you think and feel everyone should always heap praise when a team is winning all before it? I disliked Liverpool with extreme prejudice in the late 70s and 80s when they were winning all before them. Mind you a lot of that had to with them 'stealing' Tosh off us.

I find it genuinely puzzling that you have not the intelligence to grasp that, yes I do find the style that Cardiff City play, and the winning machine that is Sports Washing Citeh boring, funny. But not in a haha kind of funny, more funny that you have never sought professional help for your continuous obnoxious comments on here, and probably in real life too. God help those that have to work with you on a daily basis! This message board was a far better and far nicer place when you weren't going down the City and stayed away, thus relieving us of your tedious comments.

To be honest, I’m like that with almost all football on TV. I’m rarely glued to a game regardless of who’s playing (and that includes City away games). I’m usually doing a bit of work on my laptop or messing about on my phone while a game is on.

Having said that, Man City are one of the few sides I pay proper attention to when they’re on simply because they’re so often so good to watch.

Apparently, I was a “spiky obnoxious brat” when this lovely fella first encountered me, but he has me at a disadvantage as I’ve absolutely no idea who he is. Shame, as the abuse is evidently going to be a one-way street. But that’s par for the course…

Man City leave me cold, though I don't yet have the dislike for them as I did with Liverpool and Man Utd.

Their likely successes this season, unprecedented for the club, are still the results of ridiculously wealthy owners who have pumped billions into the club and tried every trick in the book to avoid ffp (and so far been allowed to get away with).

Yes, some of their football can be fantastic to watch on a totally neutral level, but I guess I'm not entirely neutral when it comes to them. They've spent an absolute fortune to get where they have, have some of the best players in the world and possibly the best manager and tactician, I'd almost expect it of them.

I would love Arsenal to have won the league this season, simply so it wasn't Man fecking City again.
